Transformational Facilitator • Bodyworker • Retreat Leader
I’M RYAN FORONDA
Creating spaces where people reconnect to themselves, each other, and the truth in their hearts.
Through movement, embodied practices, and conscious relating experiences, I guide people into deeper connection, vulnerability, and belonging.
WHY I DO THIS WORK
Because we are living in a time where many people feel disconnected — from their bodies, from each other, and from the deeper truth of who they are.
Yet when people gather in the right environment — one that is safe, honest, and embodied — something powerful happens.
Walls soften.
Truth is spoken.
Strangers become mirrors for one another.
And people remember what it feels like to belong.
My work is about creating those environments.
Spaces where people can slow down, feel deeply, and reconnect to the beauty of authentic human connection.
My Story
2010 – 2013
LOST, NUMB, AND DISCONNECTED
My life didn’t start with clarity. It started with survival.
At 17, I didn’t value my life. I was ready to join the military — not out of purpose, but from pain.
At 19, I returned home from college with all F’s, no direction, and no vision beyond video games and minimum wage jobs.
I was drifting through life — disconnected from purpose but yearning for something more.
2014 — THE SPARK
That year, something shifted.
I discovered personal development and read the first books that would change my life:
Rich Dad Poor Dad, Think & Grow Rich, and How to Win Friends & Influence People.
Those books woke me up.
I realized that growth, leadership, and mindset could transform a person’s entire life.
I stepped into communities of people committed to development, purpose, and possibility.
For the first time, I experienced something that would shape my path forever:
The power of being in a room where people were committed to growth together.
2015 — I TOOK OWNERSHIP OF MY LIFE
At 21, I walked into my first transformational seminar.
It cracked me open.
I forgave my parents.
I let go of years of resentment and blame.
For the first time, I experienced what it meant to truly take responsibility for my life.
Soon after, I began supporting transformational programs and helping facilitate group experiences where people confronted fears, spoke truth, and created new possibilities for themselves.
This was my first introduction to holding space for transformation.
2017 — I BECAME A YOUNG LEADER
At 23, I became one of the youngest leadership staff members in an international personal development company.
I managed seven departments and helped facilitate programs designed to develop communication, leadership, and emotional awareness.
Those years deeply shaped the facilitator I would become — someone devoted to presence, integrity, and creating environments where people could open up and grow.
2020 — I BURNED OUT AND REBIRTHED
After years in high-pressure sales and leadership environments, I hit a wall.
I was emotionally exhausted. Disconnected. Burned out.
When the pandemic arrived, I asked myself a simple question:
What would I do if money didn’t matter?
The answer came clearly.
I wanted to help people reconnect to their bodies.
2020 – 2021
THE PATH OF EMBODIMENT BEGAN
I began studying and practicing bodywork, eventually launching my private practice:
Bodywork by Forondaryan.
Working hands-on with clients reintroduced me to something I had lost:
The wisdom of the body.
Around that same time, I began teaching acroyoga classes on the beach — spaces where people could play, trust each other, and reconnect through movement.
Soon after, I traveled to Guatemala to complete my yoga teacher training, where I discovered ecstatic dance.
That experience changed me.
Movement helped me heal years of fear and shame around being seen.
For the first time since childhood, I felt truly at home in my body.
2022 – 2025
I STEPPED INTO FACILITATION
As my confidence grew, I began facilitating transformational spaces.
I taught workshops at festivals, retreats, and community gatherings covering topics like:
• partner connection practices
• conscious touch
• relational communication
• emotional vulnerability through movement
In 2023, I led an immersive workshop exploring conscious kink and somatic connection at a movement retreat — witnessing participants break through shame and rediscover trust in their bodies and desires.
That experience revealed something important to me:
I wasn’t just teaching techniques.
I was creating environments where people felt safe enough to be honest.
The Birth of My Retreat Work
Over the following years, I began designing immersive retreat experiences:
2023 — Kings, Queens & Kinks
A two-day deep dive exploring power, play, and relational awareness.
2024 — Heartgasm Retreat
A five-day immersion into conscious relating, emotional truth, and intimacy.
2025 — Digital Detox & Wellness Retreat (Hawai’i)
A week-long reset focused on nature, nervous system regulation, and authentic connection.
Each of these spaces revealed something profound:
When people feel safe, seen, and present with each other — transformation happens naturally.
Today
Today my work focuses on creating spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and each other.
Through workshops, retreats, movement practices, and intimate group experiences, I guide people into:
• embodied presence
• emotional honesty
• deeper connection
• relational awareness
• authentic self-expression
My greatest joy is witnessing strangers become mirrors for each other — discovering that they are not alone in their fears, desires, or longing for connection.
Because at the heart of it all, this work is about something simple and universal:
Remembering how to be human together.
